Flor de Azar is a premium triple sec – a citrus liquor made of Mexican botanicals.
We wanted to highlight these flavors in a sweet, delicious liquor that can be sipped on its own or used in all of your favorite cocktails:
- Distilled with sweet and bitter oranges, pomelos, mandarins, limes, Mexican botanicals and spices
- Sweetened with agave, not cane sugar
- Handmade and hand-bottled by women in Mexico City
- Made with citrus from a family farm in Veracruz
- Gluten-free
Our distiller, Hilhamn Salome, has won multiple gold medals at International Spirits Competitions. We source our Mandarins, Limes, Oranges, and Pomelos from a family farm in Veracruz, Mexico.

FAQS
How do you use it?
Sub it for Cointreau in your Margaritas
You can use Flor de Azar in your favorite margarita recipe as the triple sec / orange liquor.
1.5 oz Blanco tequila
1 oz Flor de Azar triple sec
.75 oz freshly-squeezed lime juice
(fresh jalapeño optional)
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice – shake, strain, and serve!
We've perfectly balanced the sweetness of the agave in Azar to make a delicious "skinny" margarita without syrup, but we don't judge if you want to add a little more.
Sip it "On the Rocks"
If you like limoncello, amaro or any after dinner liqueur, you might love drinking "Azar on the Rocks" chilled with a few ice cubes.
Have an "Azar and Soda"
We love Campari and Soda, Aperol and Soda, Montenegro and Soda, so it's no shocker that we've loved drinking this with soda water.
We've been drinking Azar and sparkling water with a squeeze of lime juice in a highball glass, with ice. It's light, refreshing, boozy and perfectly citrus-y.
Put a shot in your Mexican beer for a "Suerte Spritz"
This is our twist on the "Nascar Spritz" – have a few sips of a Modelo, Pacifico, or other light beer, and then pour a shot of Azar and gently swirl. Top with a lime!
